Christmas Wine Charms: Spellbinders' Style

As we were preparing for Christmas Day dinner, I decided we needed wine charms to identify our glasses, so I threw these little charmers together on Christmas Eve -- I just had to take a break and do something "fun"! I used various Christmas Spellbinders' dies from  my collection and one (the bell) borrowed from a friend that she purchased through Heartfelt Creations. I did 'run out of steam' and time, so they're not totally perfect, but they were sooo much fun to make, using Shrinky Dink plastic and my Spellbinders' dies!!! My favs are the tree, reindeer, holly and snowflake.

Using Copic markers to color them I realized that the colors turn much darker when you heat your shrink plastic. I want to play a bit more so I'll have these all perfected for next year. I added pearls, gems, glittery EP (while the plastic is still very hot) and even used a Classic Ric Rac Edgeabilies' die cut on my bell! Wouldn't these be fun to have for all sorts of occasions/seasons? They'd also be perfect little gifts for friends, wouldn't they?! My mind is whirling with ideas!!!

I would have pushed everyone aside and claimed the reindeer for MINE! LOL! These are so CUTE, Marge! But did you make them before or after you started on the wine!?!
