Maricopa is a community just south of Phoenix, AZ partially surrounded by raw desert and American Indian tribal land where wild horses still roam free and John Wayne worked his sprawling Red River Ranch and Cattle Company in bygone days. My husband photographed this horse sculpture near our subdivision’s entrance.

Mojo Monday Sketch #200
For this week's Sketch #200 at Mojo Monday
I decided to do a Christmas card featuring a snowflake!
My paper is by Bella Press (and is OLD!) and my snowflake is a combo of 2 Spellbinders' snowflake sets and my sentiment is stamped on a Spellbinders' Classic Scalloped Square Small.
My stamp is from The Craft Lounge (not sure if they're any longer in business) and my ink is Memento's Danube Blue! The fun elasticized sheer ribbon is from Hobby Lobby's wedding aisle.
Gotta rush to meet the deadline!!!

Love how you put it all together Marge! Your snowflake is beautiful!
In this hot weather this snowflake helps the mind cool off. Very nicely done
Hi Marge, love all your work here, it's been to long since I browsed through. Love your sweet card, your take on that colour challenge is fantastic! Have a great weekend.
I wish it would snow here! Or at least rain! LOVE this card! Your snowflake is WOW and I have always loved blue and white for snow/winter cards!
