PTI February Blog Hop: Design Team Appreciation Day!

For PTI's Blog Hop we were to go through the Design Team gallery or DT Members' blogs and find a project that is especially inspirational to us and recreate the project with our own spin, making it unique! Though nearly impossible to decide from ALL the DT's unbelievable inspiration, I chose Mish's post here. It turned out "unique" in that I changed my mind about a dozen times, finally opting to not use buttons or the circle shape for my main image. Even though it changed repeatedly, I had fun making my own "ribbon" from bias tape & the small flower from BB: Petal Power! Thanks for hopping by tonight and a huge thank you to all the inspiration you DT ladies heap upon us -- keep it coming!!!
Paper: PTI's Black, White & Raspberry Fizz CS
Stamps: PTI's Giga Guide Lines & Background Basics: Petal Power; Autumn Abundance (sentiment)
Ink: PTI's True Black & Raspberry Fizz
Tools & Embellishments: Spellbinders' Wizard, Labels 5 & Circle Die; MM's Hole Punch; Wright's White Twill Tape & Hobby Lobby's White Trim; white pearls colored with Copic C9

I like how you reversed the colors and used black for the main field instead of white, it provides a very striking background for the red.

Great job as usual - Marge!! I, along with almost everyone else love the colors you used and I had forgotten the technique of stamping on twill. I bought a bunch of twill a while (long while back)then forgot what I bought it for LOL!! Thanks for the reminder!
Love both cards!! Keep up the good work!
